  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. WedHome is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package and product so we can assist you promptly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
